This listing is for either one 2inch x 7inch bookmark, or a Set of 5 2inch x 7inch bookmarks, printed onto primed acid-free 360gsm watercolour card with a matt finish. Each bookmark is presented in a biodegradable transparent bag.

P&P is included to the UK mainland and shipped via Royal Mail. All bookmarks are sent with protective packaging to ensure they arrive to you safely.

Please note that all products are printed to order. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me and I will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Orders are commenced within 48 hours. Cancellations are accepted and must be made within 24 hours of order, and may be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to 10% of the order value, or £3 whichever is the greater.

How quickly will I receive my bookmarks?

Whilst we endeavour to maintain our exceptional turnaround times throughout the year, this is not guaranteed and can be extended during peak times. We are not responsible for any loss suffered due to delays beyond our reasonable control but we will always assist customers where possible to the best of our ability.

If I order on the weekend, when will I get my order?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post with proof of posting, as soon as your order is ready. You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped.

How will my order be packaged?

All products will be sent in protective packaging.

What materials do you use for packaging?

We use a wide range of materials for packaging orders including recycled cardboard, recyclable rigid correx, cardboard boxes, paper void fill and recyclable courier bags made from recycled plastic. We make a conscious effort to choose packaging materials that are sustainable, recyclable and environmentally friendly to reduce our impact on the planet.
