Cork leather is a pure, natural, renewable material derived from the bark of the cork oak tree. It is a sustainable material, harvested only every 9-10 years, and causes no harm to the tree. Cork leather is versatile, good for the environment, is long-lasting and looks and feels amazing! It's an ideal material to use for these journal wraps, as it repels water and does not water-stain. It's also flame resistant and hypoallergenic so doesn't absorb dust, and can be wiped clean with soap and water.

Cork Leather Wrap Journals are all handcrafted using eco-friendly and recycled materials. Most wrap journals take approximately 2 hours to complete from scratch.

P&P is included to the UK mainland and shipped via Royal Mail. All products are secured in top quality, robust packaging to ensure they arrive to you safely.

Please note that refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me, and I will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Orders are commenced within 48 hours. Cancellations are accepted and must be made within 24 hours of order and may be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to 10% of the order value, or £3 whichever is the greater.

How quickly will I receive my wrap journal?

Whilst we endeavour to maintain our exceptional turnaround times throughout the year, this is not guaranteed and can be extended during peak times. We are not responsible for any loss suffered due to delays beyond our reasonable control, but we will always assist customers where possible to the best of our ability.

If I order on the weekend, when will I get my order?

All orders are sent by "Royal Mail Tracked 48" as soon as your order is ready. You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped.

How will my order be packaged?

All products will be sent with protective packaging.

What materials do you use for packaging?

We use a wide range of materials for packaging orders, including recycled cardboard, recyclable rigid correx, cardboard boxes, paper void fill, and recyclable courier bags made from recycled plastic. We make a conscious effort to choose packaging materials that are sustainable, recyclable, and environmentally friendly to reduce our impact on the planet.
